100% genuine
1-year warranty. If it breaks, a new one will be provided immediately.
Good quality products, certified with RoHS & CE standards from Europe and FCC standards from America.
The shop has an office and a website. They don't disappear before the adapter breaks. (I've seen many shops offer a warranty to customers, but customers can't contact them to claim the product. Some shops are even more serious; they open for just over a year and then close, changing the shop name. Customers don't know where to go to claim.)

How to choose a Notebook Adapter
Step 1: Check the electricity bill.
You can check the power output value from the label on the original adapter. Or if the adapter is lost, customers can also check it from the label located on the base of the notebook.
It will be written as an Output value, such as 19V 4.74A. Multiplying these two numbers will give you the Watts value again (19v x 4.74a = 90 Watts), which indicates how much power the adapter can supply.
• In case of purchasing an adapter with more watts than the original one, there is no problem. They can be used together because the adapter can adjust the A value (the rate of power supply) to reduce it.
But it must be a size that is not much larger than the original one. For example, between 60, 65 Watts, you can use 90 Watts instead.
• In the case of purchasing an adapter with fewer watts than the original, if the wattage is not much lower, it can still be used, but the battery will charge more slowly than usual. However, if the wattage difference is significant, there may be insufficient power, causing the device to jerk.
• The matter of Watts or Volts can be slightly different. No problem.
Step 2: Check the size of the jack head.
It is usually written as __*__mm, for example, 5.5*2.5mm.
The first number refers to the outer diameter.
The second number refers to the inner diameter.
