The Core of Resonance Beyond Imagination: Hybrid Ear Tips Made with Premium US LSR Material and Surgical Stainless Steel
'SednaEarfit mithryl' is a hybrid ear tip that integrates a sound-guiding core made from premium US LSR material and surgical stainless steel (SUS 316F), which is highly resistant to metal allergies. By utilizing the resonance from the stainless steel sound guide, it adds beautiful resonance, tone, and expansive spatial representation to the sound of the attached earphones. Additionally, its shape, thoroughly researched for acoustic effects and usability, optimizes fitting while using a metal core, ensuring a secure fit into the nozzle and comfort in the ear.
Premium LSR Approved by US FDA: The material used in SednaEarfit mithryl is premium LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) made in the US, which has passed the safety standards of the US FDA. This synthetic/elastomeric polymer possesses excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, surface tension, low-temperature flexibility, and favorable dielectric characteristics. It achieves a high level of comfort with low pressure and mild friction resistance to prevent falling, low irritation for itching, and high durability. The use of surgical stainless steel and premium LSR in mithryl is designed with utmost concern for comfort in the ear, as well as acoustic effects.
Unique Tapered Structure for Low Pressure and High Noise Isolation: The tapered structure design has a unique thinner silicone thickness towards the part that contacts the ear. In contrast, typical ear tips have the same thickness on both the inner and outer parts, or become thicker toward the inner part, causing a strong feeling of pressure. This leads to persistent pressure and irritation in the ear, inducing pain and diminishing sealing and noise isolation. SednaEarfit mithryl employs a tapered design, which is difficult to mold, achieving a balance of low pressure and high noise isolation.
Exclusive Internal Silicone Ring and Size Marking: SednaEarfit mithryl features a unique internal silicone ring to prevent scratches on the tip of the earphone nozzle caused by contact with the metal sound-guiding core. Additionally, the umbrella section of the ear tip has clear size markings for easy identification.
Reinforced Axial Structure and Mushroom-Shaped Design: AZLA's unique double-structure design ensures high quality and robustness, with an optimal thickness for the axial part and a mushroom shape that is longer than the umbrella section, enhancing the fixing power with the earphone nozzle. Note: Compatible nozzle tip diameter: 4.5-6 mm.

The Core of Resonance Beyond Imagination: Hybrid Ear Tips with Integrated Sound-Conducting Core Made of Premium US-Made LSR Material and Surgical Stainless Steel. SednaEarfit mithryl utilizes premium US-made LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) and SUS 316F surgical stainless steel, known for its resistance to metal allergies, as its sound-conducting core, forming an integrated hybrid ear tip. By utilizing the reverberation of the stainless steel sound guide tube like an instrument, it adds beautiful resonance and tone, as well as a wide spatial expression to the sound of the attached earphones. Furthermore, thanks to a shape that has been meticulously researched for acoustic effects and usability, it optimizes the fit to the ear while ensuring a secure coupling to the nozzle despite the use of a metal core.
Premium LSR Material that Passed US FDA Standards: The SednaEarfit mithryl uses premium LSR that has passed US FDA safety standards (US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600). This synthetic elastic polymer possesses excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, surface tension, and low-temperature flexibility, featuring inherent properties like good dielectric characteristics, soft and low-pressure contact, moderate friction resistance and fixing power to prevent falling, low irritation against itching, and high durability, all achieved at an advanced level. Both surgical stainless steel and premium LSR used in mithryl not only consider acoustic effects and wearing comfort but also strive for peace of mind regarding ear safety.
