ชุดทำไส้อั่ว 60 กรัม / Northern Thai Sausage Set (Sai Oua) 60 gram

วิธีทำ: ไส้อั่ว 1. ผสมผงปรุงในซองนี้ กับน้ำอุ่น 100 มล. จนละลายดี 2. นำเนื้อหมูสามชั้น ( ½ กก.) สับหยาบ ผสมคลุกเคล้า กับเครื่องปรุงให้ทั่ว  3. ร่นไส้เข้าปากกรวยจนสุด (กรวยพลาสติกหาซื้อได้ทั่วไป)  4. นำหมูบรรจุใส่ลงในไส้ ระหว่างบรรจุให้ใช้ไม้จิ้มฟันเจาะ เพื่อระบายอากาศเป็นระยะ ๆ บรรจุให้เหลือปลาย 1-1 ½  นิ้ว ไว้มัดปลาย  5. นำไปย่างไฟอ่อน ๆ จนสุก หรือนำเข้าอบที่อุณหภูมิ 140 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 20 นาที เสิร์ฟโดยหั่นเป็นชิ้นพอคำ รับประทานกับข้าวเหนียวและผักสดต่าง ๆ เช่น กะหล่ำปลี ผักกาดหอม ขิงอ่อน เป็นต้น  Recipe: Northern Thai Sausage (Sai Oua) 1. Dissolve contents of this packet with 100 ml. warm water. 2. Add ½ kg. coarsely ground pork belly, blend and knead until sticky. 3. Shrink the casing onto the funnel tube (not included). 4. Fill the pork into casing, leaving about 1-1   inches for tying. Puncture the air pockets with toothpick or pin. 5. Charcoal grill with low heat until done or bake at 140˚C for 20 minutes.
