รายละเอียดสินค้า ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขรายการส่งเสริมการขาย "ซิมทรูพร้อมใช้รายปี 10GB 99บาท” 1. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ สำหรับผู้สมัครใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ทรูมูฟ เอช ของบริษัททรู มูฟ เอช ยูนิเวอร์แซล คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด ในนามบุคคลธรรมดาในระบบเติมเงิน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 ธ.ค. 68 ถึงวันที่ 30 มิ.ย. 69 หรือจนกว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากบริษัทฯ เมื่อเปิดใช้บริการผู้ใช้บริการจะได้รับสิทธิ ดังนี้ 1.1 รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการรับสิทธิตามรายการส่งเสริมการนานสูงสุด 365 วันติดต่อกัน ราคา 99 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ซึ่งเป็นค่าบริการเหมาจ่ายตลอดระยะเวลาตามรายการส่งเสริมการขาย โดยชำระราคาเพียงครั้งแรกที่สมัครใช้บริการ 1.2 เมื่อเปิดใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการจะได้รับสิทธิเน็ตความเร็วสูงสุด ปริมาณ 10 GB ต่อระยะเวลาตามรายการส่งเสริมการขาย 1.3 ผู้ใช้บริการได้รับสิทธิโทรฟรีทุกเครือข่าย 10 นาที ต่อระยะเวลาตามรายการส่งเสริมการขาย 1.4 สิทธิในการใช้บริการ Wi-Fi ฟรีต่อเนื่อง ที่ความเร็วสูงสุด 200 เมกะบิตต่อวินาที (Mbps) 2. อัตราค่าใช้บริการในรายการส่งเสริมการขาย มีดังนี้ (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) 2.1 โทรทุกเครือข่ายวินาทีละ 1 สตางค์ (นาทีแรก 3 สตางค์/วินาที) 2.2 เน็ตเมกะไบต์ละ 1.99 บาท คิดตามจริงเป็นกิโลไบต์ 2.3 SMS ข้อความละ 3 บาท 2.4 MMS ครั้งละ 3 บาท 3. อัตราค่าใช้บริการดังกล่าว สำหรับการโทรไปยังเลขหมายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่จดทะเบียนภายในประเทศ ตลอดจนบริการเสริมอื่นใดตามที่ระบุเท่านั้น 4. ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องชำระค่าบริการเสริม และค่าบริการอื่นใดนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 2 ของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขรายการส่งเสริมการขาย (ถ้ามี) 5. ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถลงทะเบียนเปิดใช้งานซิมด้วยตนเอง จำนวนไม่เกิน 5 เลขหมายต่อหนึ่งหมายเลขบัตรประชาชนตามประกาศกสทช. ทั้งนี้หากผู้ใช้บริการต้องการลงทะเบียนเกินจำนวนที่กำหนดไว้ ต้องลงทะเบียนเปิดใช้งานที่ศูนย์บริการทรูช็อปเท่านั้น 6. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ เมื่อเติมเงินมูลค่า 10, 20, 50, 90, 150 และ 300 บาท จะได้รับวันใช้งาน 30 วัน, 500 บาทจะได้รับวันใช้งาน 50 วัน และ 1,000 บาท จะได้รับวันใช้งาน 100 วัน ทั้งนี้ สามารถนำมาสะสมรวมกันได้สูงสุดไม่เกิน 365 วัน 7. เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ Wi-Fi by TrueMove H (1) ผู้ใช้บริการมี Wi-Fi แพ็กเกจต่อเนื่อง สามารถเชื่อมต่อแบบอัตโนมัติผ่านเครือข่าย .@ TrueMove H ผู้ใช้บริการมี Wi-Fi แพ็กเกจรายวัน หรือรายชั่วโมง สามารถเชื่อมต่อผ่านเครือข่าย .@ TRUEWIFI (หากไม่มีแพ็กเกจคิดค่าบริการ Wi-Fi นาทีละ 1 บาท) Product Details Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Offer: “True Prepaid Annual SIM 10GB for 99 Baht” 1. This promotional offer is available for individual prepaid subscribers of TrueMove H, operated by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., from 15 December 2025 to 30 June 2026, or until further notice by the company. Upon activation, subscribers will receive the following benefits: 1.1 Subscribers are entitled to the promotional benefits for up to 365 consecutive days at the price of 99 Baht (VAT included). This is a one-time payment covering the entire promotional period. 1.2 Upon activation, subscribers will receive a high‑speed internet allowance of 10 GB for the entire promotional period. 1.3 Subscribers will receive 10 minutes of free calls to all networks for the entire promotional period. 1.4 Subscribers are entitled to continuous free Wi‑Fi service at speeds up to 200 Mbps. 2. Service rates under this promotional offer (VAT excluded): 2.1 Voice calls to all networks: 1 satang per second (first minute charged at 3 satang per second). 2.2 Mobile data: 1.99 Baht per MB, charged per kilobyte. 2.3 SMS: 3 Baht per message. 2.4 MMS: 3 Baht per message. 3. The above service rates apply only to domestic mobile numbers and specified value‑added services. 4. Subscribers must pay for any additional services or charges not specified in Section 2 (if applicable). 5.
