Blended matcha green tea powder for lattes, pairing well with any kind of milk. Made from Okumidori, Samidori, and other cultivars grown in Uji, Kyoto, Japan. ・Blended by Haruhide Morita, Japan’s top tea master, three-time winner of the National Tea Quality Judging Skills Competition. ・Ceremonial grade, using first-harvest leaves, stone-ground in Japan. ・50g per pack (17~25 cups). [Usucha (Hot Matcha)] Matcha: 2g Hot water: 80℃ (176℉) 70ml Take a deep breath and focus on your breathing to center yourself. Add matcha into the bowl. If lumps are a concern, sift the matcha.
