หมายเลขสินคา / NX86　ชื่อผลิตภัณฑ์ / Heat Resistant Black (สเปรย์สีดำด้าน ทนความร้อนได้ถึง 600℃) ปริมาตรบรรจุ / 300 mL　ผู้ผลิต / Ichinen Chemicals Japan (อิชิเนน เคมีคอลส์ ญี่ปุ่น) ※ผลิตในโรงงานญี่ปุ่น (Made in Japan) 【คุณลักษณะ】 ● อุณหภูมิทนความร้อน: 600°C ● แม้โดนน้ำเย็นกระทันหันหลังจากอยู่ในสภาวะร้อน 600°C ฟิล์มเคลือบก็ไม่หลุดลอก ● ทนต่อการเปลี่ยนสีแม้โดนรังสียูวี ● ป้องกันสนิมได้ยาวนาน เหมาะสำหรับรถยนต์ในพื้นที่ชายทะเล ● ป้องกันสนิมจากความเสียหายของลมทะเล ● ฟิล์มจะแน่นขึ้นเมื่อแห้ง โดยความร้อนจะช่วยให้ฟิล์มก่อตัว ● หากฟิล์มหนามาก จะทำให้แห้งยาก และลอกออกง่ายขึ้น ※หากต้องการฟิล์มหนา แนะนำพ่นบางๆ ให้แห้งสนิท จากนั้นพ่นอีกครั้งและให้แห้งสนิท จะทำให้ลอกออกยาก ● หากใช้กับสแตนเลส แนะนำให้ขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายก่อน 【การใช้งาน】 ● ท่อไอเสียรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์ ● เตา, ปล่องไฟ, เตาเผาถ่าน, ท่อไอน้ำ ● เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, Muffler การใช้งานกับท่อไอเสีย (ปรับปรุงการยึดเกาะเพื่อป้องกันสีลอก) 1. ทำความสะอาด (กำจัดไขมัน) 2. ปล่อยให้แห้งตามธรรมชาติประมาณครึ่งวันถึง 1 วันหลังพ่น 3. ใช้บาร์เนอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ให้ความร้อนเผาฟิล์มสีเพื่อให้แข็งตัว หากไม่มีบาร์เนอร์ สามารถขับรถด้วยความเร็วต่ำถึงปานกลางประมาณ 30–60 นาที (ทำให้ท่อไอเสียร้อนประมาณ 150℃–200℃) เพื่อให้ฟิล์มสีแข็งตัวได้เช่นกัน ※ข้อควรระวัง ①หากฟิล์มหนาเกินไป จะทำให้แห้งยากและลอกออกง่าย ※หากต้องการฟิล์มหนา ให้พ่นบางๆ แล้วให้แห้งสนิท (ตามข้อ 2 และ 3) จากนั้นพ่นอีกครั้งและให้แห้งสนิท จะทำให้ลอกออกยาก ②ก่อนฟิล์มจะแข็งตัวสมบูรณ์ อย่าใช้ความร้อนสูงอย่างกระทันหัน (เช่น 400–500°C) เพราะจะทำให้ลอกง่าย หลังจากฟิล์มแห้งและแข็งตัวแล้ว สามารถใช้ความร้อนสูงได้ 【ประสิทธิภาพ】 ● ระยะเวลาแห้ง (สัมผัสได้) / 15～20 นาที ● ระยะเวลาแห้ง (แข็งตัว) / แตกต่างกันตามสภาพความร้อน ● อุณหภูมิทนความร้อน / 600°C ● บริเวณใช้งาน / 0.6～0.7 ㎡ 【Features】 ● Heat resistance temperature: 600°C ● Even if suddenly exposed to cold water after being heated to 600°C, the coating film will not peel off. ● Resistant to discoloration even under UV exposure. ● Provides long-lasting rust protection, ideal for vehicles in coastal areas. ● Protects against corrosion caused by sea breeze. ● The coating film becomes more firmly adhered as it dries, with heat helping to form the film. ● If the coating is too thick, it will dry slowly and peel off more easily. 　※ For a thicker film, apply in thin layers, let dry completely, then reapply and dry again to improve adhesion and prevent peeling. ● When applying to stainless steel, it is recommended to sand the surface first. 【Applications】 ● Exhaust pipes of automobiles and motorcycles ● Stoves, chimneys, charcoal kilns, steam pipes ● Generators, mufflers Usage on Exhaust Pipes (to improve adhesion and prevent peeling): 1.Clean the surface (remove grease and contaminants). 2.After spraying, allow to dry naturally for half a day to one full day. 3.Drive at low speed for about 30–60 minutes (heating the exhaust pipe to approx. 150–200°C) to ensure full drying and curing. 　Alternatively, if a flame heater is available, it is recommended to use it to heat the exhaust pipe, as this will help the coating cure more effectively. 【Precautions】 1.If the coating is applied too thickly, it will dry slowly and may peel off easily. 　※ For a thicker film, apply thin layers, allow to dry completely (steps 2 and 3), then reapply and dry again to reduce the risk of peeling. 2.Before the film has fully cured, do not expose it to sudden high heat (e.g., 400–500°C), as this may cause peeling.
